2. How we work

ANDSURGEONS provides specialist medical expertise in collaboration with independent hospitals.

  • Andorra: OHNS Service SL is managed and controlled in Andorra. Clinical coordination, treatment planning, video consultations, administration and all management decisions take place in Andorra.
  • Spain and Andorra: surgery and specialist diagnostics are provided within independent hospitals and clinics. These institutions contract directly with patients and are responsible for the care they deliver and their local compliance. OHNS Service SL has no offices or premises outside Andorra.
  • United Kingdom: clinical services in the United Kingdom are provided by Andsurgeons Ltd (UK), under hospital privileges or insourcing agreements. Clinical coordination is directed from Andorra.

Our doctors are registered and licensed by the General Medical Council (GMC) in the United Kingdom, with annual appraisal and revalidation. They follow the GMC’s Good Medical Practice and the professional codes of the Col·legi de Metges d’Andorra and the Col·legi de Metges de Barcelona.

4. Medical information on this website

The information on this website is general and does not replace a medical consultation. A diagnosis or treatment plan is only made after a personal consultation and examination.

5. Medical records

  • Treatment in hospitals: records are kept by the hospital, under local law (e.g. Spanish Law 41/2002).
  • Video consultations and coordination: records are kept by OHNS Service SL under Andorran law, in secure encrypted systems. Patients of our Andorran practice may also be registered in the Andorran national health record system.

6. WhatsApp

WhatsApp is for scheduling and logistics only. Please do not send medical information by WhatsApp; use Proton Mail or Threema instead.

7. Group structure

  • OHNS Service SL (Andorra): the medical practice, clinical coordination and data controller.
  • Andsurgeons Ltd (United Kingdom): provides clinical services in the United Kingdom, coordinated from Andorra.
  • ANDSURGEONS LIMITED (Isle of Man): marketing and patient acquisition; clinical services and clinical governance (including clinical supervision) for hospitals in the Isle of Man; innovation and strategic expansion.
  • Independent hospitals and clinics (Spain and Andorra): deliver treatment under their own responsibility.

Each company is separate and works within its own legal, regulatory and contractual framework.
