I wish to share my wonderful experience while visiting the clinic of Dr. Karin Oomen, Clinica Omega Zeta, Andorra. I am a tourist visiting Andora and needed to consult an ear Dr. urgently. While looking through the internet I hoped to be able to see an ENT Dr. with out reseving an appointment. I arrived to the clinic and met Anna at the reception. She was most helpful and made an effort to find for me an appointment during the only day I had in Andora la Vella. She succeded and thats how I met Dr. Karin Oomen. She was nice and kind and explained simply what my problem was and how to treat it. She was pleasent and efficient and solved my inconvenient feeling immediatly. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr Oomen. She went out of her way to help even on a weekend. Had several nosebleed episodes during the holidays and sought her help when back in Andorra to remove a nasal plug. Saw her on Friday and she recommended to leave it one more day (it had been in place for under 24 hours) and arranged for the clinic to be open on Saturday to remove it. She removed it and checked the nostril for damage with a camera, cauterised several blood vessels, and suggested treatment at home. Followed up every day with me over WhatsApp for the next 5 days.
